Surrounded by the silence of the Berignone Nature Reserve, at the foot of Monte Soldano, this agriturismo offers total privacy, breathtaking sunsets and endless views over olive groves and rolling hills.

From here, Tuscany’s landmarks – Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Florence and Lucca – are all within easy reach, while still enjoying the tranquillity of true countryside life.

🏡 Rooms, Apartments and a Suite

Sant’Emilia offers three types of rooms, two apartments and a suite, all with panoramic views over the Tuscan landscape. Each combines rustic charm with modern comfort, so you truly feel at home.

Every morning begins with a generous buffet of organic, local products: fresh bread, eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, homemade cakes, seasonal fruit, honey and jams. For an even healthier start, you can grind fresh biodynamic grains to enjoy with yogurt.

🍴 Authentic Cuisine with a Local Soul

In the evenings, Sant’Emilia’s kitchen serves dishes inspired by family traditions, enriched with wild herbs and seasonal vegetables from the garden. Weekly barbecues and wood-fired pizzas are highlights, while every recipe is enhanced by the most precious ingredient: their own extra virgin olive oil.

With 1,100 olive trees across 4 hectares, harvested and pressed within 24 hours, the farm produces around 122 quintals each year. Every bottle reflects respect for nature, quality and tradition.
