1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the use of the platform www.agristelle.it (hereinafter «Agristelle») by providers of agriturismo accommodations (hereinafter «Partner» or «you»). By registering on Agristelle, you accept these terms.

2. Purpose of the Platform

Agristelle is a curated online platform that promotes authentic agriturismos in Italy. It offers:

• Multiple listing pages for each partner

• Contact and visibility tools for potential guests

• Promotion through blog posts and social media content

No booking or payment functions are currently integrated.

3. Fees

3.1 Annual Fee

Partners pay an annual fee. The fee includes:

• Inclusion on the platform with a personalized profile

• One blog article and one Instagram post (incl. story) upon registration

• Personal onboarding support

• Other benefits upon general offers (i.e. Beta-phase offer)
• SEO-Optimization of images and translations provided by agristelle.it

4. Partner Obligations

As a listed Agriturismo, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information

• Supply high-quality images and texts for your profile

• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally

• Notify us of any changes to your offer (e.g. closure, changes in ownership)

You are solely responsible for the content you provide.

5. Content and Rights

You grant Agristelle a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use the content (texts, images, videos) you provide for the purpose of promoting your Agriturismo via the platform and its associated channels (e.g. blog, Instagram, newsletters).

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to all submitted materials.

6. Duration and Termination

The agreement runs for one year from the date of invoice (special offers excepted as agreed) and is not automatically renewed.

Before the end of the invoice period, we will contact you to discuss renewal.

You may terminate your listing at any time in writing. In this case, the annual fee will not be refunded.

7. Platform Availability and Liability

We strive to ensure continuous platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Agristelle is not liable for:

• Technical failures

• Visitor numbers or booking request results

• Third-party content or linked websites

8. Data Protection

All data processing is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Final Provisions

• The agreement is governed by Italian law.

• The place of jurisdiction is Pisa, Italy, unless otherwise required by law.

• If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining terms remain unaffected
